My name is Gemma and I am a Photographic Artist and a Teacher of Art. I graduated from Staffordshire University in 2004 with a BA (Hons) in Fine Art. Since then, I have enjoyed a successful career in Photography, working as a Portrait Photographer in London for a number of years.

Following this, I graduated with a PGCE in Art and Design at Brighton University in 2013 and shortly after that, I moved to Cambridge where I now live with my partner and our crazy Cocker Spaniel, Biscuit. I am currently a Teacher of Art at Parkside Federation Academies in the centre of Cambridge. It’s been quite the journey and it’s only just begun!

The best way to express what I do is in a medley of words: Passion, spontaneity, fascination, curiosity, fun, love, laughter, collect, preserve, encounter and create. To name a few!

I am also a member of The Exhibition Collective which is a community artist group based in London. We are a bunch of creatives from all walks of life who come together once a year to create an exhibition.

I am excited to become part of and explore community and education based projects here in this lovely place we call, Cambridge.

Please feel free to get in touch and say Hi!
